📦 Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party provider (Printful), returns are only accepted for the following reasons:

Items are damaged or defective

Items are misprinted or incorrectly fulfilled
To initiate a return:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a clear description and photo of the issue. If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions.
✨ Custom & Personalized Products (e.g., Confetti Gram)
All sales of custom or personalized items are final and non-refundable.
This includes—but is not limited to—products like our Confetti Gram, which are handwritten with your personalized message.

No edits, corrections, or emoji substitutions will be made—so please double-check your submission carefully.
Because each item is made uniquely for you, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including buyer error or change of mind.
🎨 Color Matching Disclaimer
Slight color variation may occur between what you see on screen and the final printed product due to print-on-demand processes.
Refunds or exchanges will not be offered for minor color discrepancies.
