This policy applies to approved wholesale accounts only.

We’re excited to partner with you! Below is our current ordering policy for wholesale clients:

🛒 Minimums & Order Tiers

We offer flexible wholesale options to meet your business needs.

Small Orders (3 items or fewer)

No wholesale discount applied
This is a single time use option when setting up your wholesale account
You only pay for shipping
Great for samples for considering a first time purchase

Large Orders (4 items or more)

Enjoy 30% off the total order (before shipping)
This is a multiple time use option after setting up your wholesale account, but can be used only once per style of product (1 each per product per the lifetime of the account; example: (1) Best Wishes Greeting Card)
Shipping charges still apply
Ideal for storefront sampling, one time subscription boxes, and event packages

Note: All wholesale orders are made to order. Please allow extra processing time during peak seasons.

🚚 Shipping Policy

We work quickly to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Shipping Times (U.S. only):

Economy: Average Cost is $10.00+ | Estimated delivery in 5 to 8 business days
Standard: Average Cost is $10.00+ | Estimated delivery in 3 to 4 business days

All shipping rates begin on average at $10 and may vary depending on package weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

Note:

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight, order size, and destination.
Expedited shipping is available upon request (additional fees apply).
We ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on your location.

Wholesale Orders:
Please note that wholesale orders—especially those requiring hand packing and sleeves—may take additional processing time. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way to ensure your order arrives in great condition.

📦 Custom Orders

If your wholesale order includes personalized or custom items (e.g., Confetti Grams), all sales are final, and not applicable for the wholesale sample discount. Please double-check message submissions and order details before finalizing your purchase.
